Grab Your Umbrella, It’s Raining Traffic

Posted by Deeds in: traffic exchange tips on May 7th, 2008

It seems like forever since I last posted here – you’re probably thinking the same thing – You’ve been wondering if I’d fallen off the face of the earth; I know, I know you have. Well, not quite; but close – I had to take some time off – I lost someone very dear to me recently and it really brings things into focus when that happens. You step back and take stock of your goals and priorities and make sure that everything is where it should be and that you’re doing what you’re meant to do. It made me realize that I’m exactly where I should be; doing exactly what I should be doing and that I couldn’t be any happier with the way my days go by.

The reason that I’m telling you all of this is because I wanted to let you in on a secret – I’ve taken over a Traffic Exchange. Raining Traffic is a wonderful little program that Steve Ayling started some time ago – it’s been doing pretty well; but we wanted it to do fantastically well and so; he’s turned over the everyday management of the exchange to me and we’re going to try to put it back on the map as one of the leading authorities in the exchange world.

Here’s a couple of exciting bits of info about Raining Traffic:

  • You always get a 1:1 surf ratio - view one page and you get one hit to your site!
  • We have a banner exchange and you also get a whopping 1:1 ratio there!
  • You get a website rotator that will automatically build your downline!
  • You get to set your own OTO and log in offer for your downline - and YOU get paid 100% instantly!
  • Plus many many more great options that set us apart from the other guys.

It’s like being upgraded (and then some) at other exchanges, but at a fraction of the cost…

=> Check out Raining Traffic today!

I’m super excited about this new side path I’m taking; I’d love to have you join me for a walk – It’s going to be a rainy path but we can take our umbrellas, yeah?

I’ll see you there - Have a great day!

Theres Some Shaking Going On!

Posted by Deeds in: traffic exchange tips on February 9th, 2008

Hi everyone in internet land –

There is indeed some shaking going on in the land of traffic exchanges. Today Affiliate Funnel – yes, the same Affiliate Funnel that I rave about on a near constant basis has - launched and extraordinary deal today. For a very limited time you can log in at AF and take part in an offer – they are selling one month upgrades in 20 different traffic exchanges with an AF upgrade thrown in for free for one incredibly low price – and if after that one month you decide you’d like to stay on at any of the exchanges you choose to try you can lock in a 30% discount on their Pro memberships for life!

I can’t even begin to tell you what a deal that is – it’s really unprecedented and I’m pretty sure that something like this won’t come around again for a very long time and won’t stick around for long – it’s a great way to get your stuff out there and test some exchanges that you may not belong to yet. You may even find that a new one out performs one of your old and decide to switch – this is a great opportunity to feel out the field a bit.

Affiliate Funnel has also set out to be the #1 site for ranking traffic exchanges. And everything will be based on real people like you voting for their favorite traffic exchanges.

You Can Cast Your Vote Here!

Note that your vote will have more influence on the total stats if you are a member and vote from inside the members area.

So head on over guys – check it out – and hey; check back in and let us know how it went by posting a comment!

Are you getting traffic like this?

Posted by Deeds in: traffic exchange tips on February 4th, 2008

Hi -

How are you today? The sun is shining here and we’re in between snow storms; so, I’m doing fantastic!

I just wanted to write a quick post and ask you guys if you’ve had a chance to check out E-Traffic Freedom. I know with the launch of a certain large exchange; this re-launch may have fallen through the cracks. But, I’ve always been a big believer in the small exchange. Your customer service experience is going to be a lot better in the smaller exchanges – and I think we all know; I know what I’m talking about there. I would hate for you to miss the opportunity to join a great old exchange with a brand new look –

Need A Break From The Clocks?

Posted by Deeds in: reviews on February 1st, 2008

Hi guys –

How are you today? As you know from my last post – I have been exceedingly wrapped up in looking for clocks the last few days – but the nice thing about searching for clocks is that you get to chat up the people on your team. Those on my team are scattered all about; and when I say “all about”, I mean it. We’ve some in the US and some in Europe – and we all have something in common. We are all stuck in a cold, windy, snowy – winter. Good thing too because; I haven’t really left my computer for days.

But, I have to say – the clock search is getting a little boring. If you’re on my team; no, that doesn’t mean I’ll stop surfing – just that maybe I’d like an alternative. And wouldn’t you know; one has come along just in time.

I know a lovely man by the name of John Marks. John has been around for awhile in the MLM business and such – but some time ago; he decided to listen to those in the know and start building a list and a business. E-traffic Freedom was born. It’s a nice little exchange and John has since teamed up with Steve Ayling of Traffic at the Races and Traffic Dodgems (just to name a couple) to make E-traffic Freedom that much better. I really think that this exchange is going to be around for a long time to come that it’s going to be one of the best places to get your pages seen. And especially now that John, Steve, and E-traffic Freedom are in re-launch – it’s going to be a great place to get your pages seen right now. There are going to be A LOT of fresh new eyes on those pages for a long while to come. Come on over and check it out and see if maybe this could be one your comfort exchanges; I know it’s one of mine. I’ll see you there.

eTrafficFreedom

A couple of things while I have you here too – Jelly Bean January is over but Cindy is starting a new Funuary promo so you really should hippity hop over to Traffic Bunnies to check it out. She’s given me a bit of a clue on what’s going on and I have to say; it’s going to be loads of fun to be a Traffic Bunnies member this month. (It is every month, of course).

And – if you still don’t know what a “clock” is – then you really, really need to head on over to Traffic Era and check it out. If you love to surf and want to join us on my team; send me an invite request and I’ll see what I can do.

That’s it for now kiddies (yep – I mean all of you regardless of age) – I’ll see you again soon. Have a great day, weekend and for God’s sake STAY WARM!!!!

A little bit of sweet and…

Posted by Deeds in: traffic exchange tips on November 30th, 2007

Hi Everyone –

Ever had one of those days when you were thinking about a million things all at once and getting it all sorted was a major chore? It’s been one those days for me today – I think, though, that I’ve got a rough plan of what I wanted to talk to you about…

The first thing I wanted to talk about today was a couple of sincere and hardy “thank yous” to two amazing people…

The first would be Soren Jordansen – if you’ve heard or seen any of what could be called industry gossip by some that label Mr. S as a first class bully; don’t believe a word of it – he is very nice and incredibly helpful and in fact pretty much put this whole thing together for me – I’ll go on record now and tell you that my strong suit is customer service and chatting – (thus a venue to do that on a regular and unedited basis –lol) and not on the technical aspects of the internet world – So… Many thanks for everything Soren.

The second goes out and an amazingly talented woman by the name of Cindy Battye. You may know her as the owner of Traffic Bunnies – She is a fantastic person and is very imaginative and talented in many things. I just love talking to the girl so; I just wanted to say thanks to her for the opportunity to work with her and also for the wonderful splash pages she makes for me. If you haven’t had a chance to check out her exchange; and talk to her a bit; now is your chance.

So, now that we’ve gotten all the mush out of the way for the day let’s get down to business – if you’ve been on vacation this past week you may have missed the re-launch of ClickCrazey. Jon Olson and Robert Puddy have teamed together to put a new spin on an old favorite and I have to say that the site looks great! Not only that but I’ve been getting some pretty wonderful results from them this week and I think I will for awhile to come; so it really is worth checking out if you haven’t already – Jump on over there today and join ClickCrazey!

I also wanted to include a little teaser in here about Dragon Surf – As Soren likes to send out mass amounts of mail – (have you noticed? – lol) you may have heard that he is having his own re-launch in December. I’ve seen some of the graphics for this thing and can I say; they are sooooo cool! If you don’t have an account there yet you need to get one and if you do then when the time comes; you need to come in and check it out or even before then of course – in fact come on in now! – It will be worth your while; I promise!

Ok; so lets review – “Thanks yous”: check – Wonderful traffic exchange reviews: check – Oh, that’s right – I remembered what else I wanted to talk about today –

Pain in the butt pop ups and other things that may get your site kicked out of an exchange.

At present, I admin for 4 exchanges and I see a lot of sites come through site reports; so I have a pretty good idea of what people like and what they don’t. I also surf myself (I’ve got to advertise on a budget just like everyone else) and I definitely know what I like and don’t like. So, this is going to be a regular thing in my posts; today we’re only going to talk about one in particular: “Live Agent” pop ups – I have seen a surge in these the last couple of weeks and can I just say? These pop ups do not belong on splash pages – if you want to put one on your landing site; by all means; do, but don’t put that page in rotation on traffic exchanges! It hinders the surfing experience and generally ticks people off so; the fastest way to get surfers to NOT look at your page is to include a “live agent” pop up on it – not to mention that if your page comes through with one it will be removed and banned from most exchanges for breaking the terms of service. If you have one on your traffic exchange page then 1, I’m sorry for singling you out and 2, you should remove it post haste!

Ok – I think that does it for now – A little bit of sweet, and little more of sweet, and then a little sour mixed in – gotta keep the balance. Lol - I hope everything is going well for you in the traffic exchange/internet marketing world and I hope you’ve had a chance to explore the blog a bit and poke into some of the programs. Please post a comment if you have any questions; I love to hear from you!

Take care and have a great day!
