I just wanted to write a quick post and ask you guys if you’ve had a chance to check out E-Traffic Freedom. I know with the launch of a certain large exchange; this re-launch may have fallen through the cracks. But, I’ve always been a big believer in the small exchange. Your customer service experience is going to be a lot better in the smaller exchanges – and I think we all know; I know what I’m talking about there. I would hate for you to miss the opportunity to join a great old exchange with a brand new look –

Hi guys –

How are you today? As you know from my last post – I have been exceedingly wrapped up in looking for clocks the last few days – but the nice thing about searching for clocks is that you get to chat up the people on your team. Those on my team are scattered all about; and when I say “all about”, I mean it. We’ve some in the US and some in Europe – and we all have something in common. We are all stuck in a cold, windy, snowy – winter. Good thing too because; I haven’t really left my computer for days.

But, I have to say – the clock search is getting a little boring. If you’re on my team; no, that doesn’t mean I’ll stop surfing – just that maybe I’d like an alternative. And wouldn’t you know; one has come along just in time.

I know a lovely man by the name of John Marks. John has been around for awhile in the MLM business and such – but some time ago; he decided to listen to those in the know and start building a list and a business. E-traffic Freedom was born. It’s a nice little exchange and John has since teamed up with Steve Ayling of Traffic at the Races and Traffic Dodgems (just to name a couple) to make E-traffic Freedom that much better. I really think that this exchange is going to be around for a long time to come that it’s going to be one of the best places to get your pages seen. And especially now that John, Steve, and E-traffic Freedom are in re-launch – it’s going to be a great place to get your pages seen right now. There are going to be A LOT of fresh new eyes on those pages for a long while to come. Come on over and check it out and see if maybe this could be one your comfort exchanges; I know it’s one of mine. I’ll see you there.

A couple of things while I have you here too – Jelly Bean January is over but Cindy is starting a new Funuary promo so you really should hippity hop over to Traffic Bunnies to check it out. She’s given me a bit of a clue on what’s going on and I have to say; it’s going to be loads of fun to be a Traffic Bunnies member this month. (It is every month, of course).

Goodness! Have you caught the clock bug yet? I’m seriously addicted to the stupid things and I’m thinkin I’m going to need a patch just to wean myself off one of these days. If you’ve been off planet for the last few days; and have no idea what I’m talking about then, please let me tell you about Traffic Era.

Double Goodness! It’s really funny that some of us were a little skeptical about all the hype. We went in cautiously and just took it in. We reserved judgment until they opened up the surfing and then WHAM!!!! Now it’s all about teams and clocks and surf, surf, surf! I’m actually having a really great time and so are a lot of the other skeptics – So; if you haven’t already; you need to come check out the new and wonderful Traffic Era.

There is something else brewing on the horizon that I’m really excited about – there’s about to be a relaunch and I want you to keep an eye out for an email about it on Friday, Feb 1. That’s all I’m going to tell you right now – because I want you to be surprised.

Hello, Hello, Hello –

As you may or may not have noticed - I got some new digs! I’m pretty excited about, and really love the new design. I know at this point it seems to be a bit like “keeping up with the Joneses” – but, what can I say? Soren has a new blog design, Jon has a new blog design, so I had to have one too – And of course; who do you go to for the best in design? Sean Lowery… He is the master in his craft and again – I really love it. And yes, one of these days – I may have a new picture to go with the new design. (Some of you have asked me for one – all I can say is there is a reason why I’m always behind the camera – lol). Anyway, this would be part of the reason why I’ve been lax in my blog posts these last couple weeks – had to wait for it to be done so I could unveil it.

Soooooooo… Let’s talk about something no one else is talking about today – Traffic Era! LOL – I know, I know – everyone and their dog is barking about Traffic Era today. I was just making a funny! I’m going to be honest with you. This is the first Logiscape launch that I’ve really been around for, so, the clamor and hype surrounding this launch has me a bit in awe - According to everyone in the know – this is going to be huge. (And of course we all help it grow to such “HUGE” proportions by touting it as such) I myself; prefer a smaller based exchange - *I’m a small town girl; that may have something to do with it* But, I’m going to be signing on the dotted line at launch time with everyone else just so I can get my ads out there – there are going to be masses of people surfing Traffic Era today, and for awhile to come, it’s a wonderful opportunity for you and I to get our stuff out there and have it seen by what promises to be; a very large amount of new eye balls.

Like with the previous Logiscape launches everyone will be scrambling to build their Traffic Era downlines, and that is your big chance. Instead of joining the band wagon try doing it a little differently. Join Traffic Era and advertise in there, promote something that will teach people how to build their downline and/or resources that will help them do it - In other words you use all the hype around this launch to build your own list or program.A couple of the traffic exchanges I admin have made this easy for you. Dragon Surf, Traffic-Splash and Traffic Bunnies have all made a special splash page for you. Join Traffic Era and promote these two pages, perhaps in your peronalized Traffic-Splash rotator. You can find the splash pages in the respective member areas, and you can see them below…

Well, now that I’ve amazed you with the new blog design and gotten reacquainted with you after a bit of an absence; I’m going to hit the traffic exchange trail – I’ll get back into a routine of staying in touch more often and with our next post we’ll revisit one of my favorite parts of my blog – “Pain in the butt pop ups and other things that may get your site kicked out of an exchange.” My post was already a bit long today and I didn’t want to keep you here all day – so we’ll pick back up with that next time. Hey Girls and Guys -

I hope you are all having a wonderful day and that you’re week was a prosperous one. I’m so glad we’ve hit the weekend. It’s been a busy busy week and I need some relaxation for a couple of days.

I wanted to start off this post with a huge gooey THANK YOU to all of you that took the time to wish me a Happy Birthday - the amount of you that actually sent in a Birthday wish on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and even Wednesday just astounded me. I’m a bit of a sap - actually it’s more than a bit and it touched my heart to hear from all of you. It really reiterated just why it is that I love my job and the people that I work with on a daily basis. You are all wonderful and again, thanks soooo much. Also thanks to Dragon Surf, Traffic Bunnies, FET, and Traffic Splash for their specials and splash pages in my honor - it was really lovely and it’s just a joy to work with you!

Secondly; I’ve noticed lately that sometimes we, as internet marketers, forget that there are real people behind all of the programs and companies we work with. It happens to me all the time where people come at me all guns blasing because they think they’ve been wronged somehow - or have used me or made fun of me in their crusade to make themselves look better or wittier. I think everyone should keep in mind that whether they are your co-workers or your support; everyone should be treated with respect. Remember the saying; your can catch more bees with honey. Something else to keep in mind; the surest and quickest way to make me uncooperative is to be rude to me. {:>) (ok, rant over, lets move on)

I should, while I’m here, take the time to mention some promos that are in progress or about to end: (actually maybe conduct some business today)

the relaunch of Dragon has been a huge success! The site looks spectacular; the game is fun and in most cases nice to you as far as prizes; the support kicks butt (shameless plug, i know), and at a $1 a referral can be very lucrative. That referral incentive ends tomorrow (Saturday) at noon est. so not much time to get those last referral in - but; you can still continue to promote; maybe you’ll get lucky and someone will upgrade or buy some credits and you can make a comm on that too. Well, I think that’s going to do it for today - I don’t really have any “specific” te complaints today - I’m still seeing way too many “live agent popups” and they are still getting the submitters a first class ticket to the ban list. Also seeing a surge in porn; same thing for those submitters as well — too many submitions will get them banned from the exchange all together; so if you’re sick of seeing it when you surf; report it every time and pretty soon the offender will be gone gone gone.

Have a wonderful weekend! Remember this is the time of year that we really need to remember to be nice to people (time of good cheer and all that nauseum ) But, you should try to put it into practice all year round as well!

You know, up until 3 years ago - I worked in the retail industry. I did that for about to 15 years and I can tell you with absolute conviction that retail at Christmas time is one of the closest examples of hell on earth that you will find anywhere. Today is finally the day - the 1 yr anniversary of Dragon Surf - what an amazing thing that Soren has done with just 1 year. It’s another wonderful day in Idaho but more importantly; it’s another fabulous day in Traffic Exchange land! We have a couple points of interest to talk about today – Like always; it’s a little bit of this and a little bit of that –

Firstly; let’s discuss the up and coming re-launch of Dragon Surf – we are to the point now where we are ticking down the hours; re-launch will be Saturday and you should keep you eyes peeled for the news! Soren has a great new design and a great new game and some great new tools to build your business – heck that exchange is ALMOST as nice and shiny as it’s admin (ie; me) lol - Seriously folks – you really need to check it out and he’s put out a new blog post today with a peak at the new design so head on over and do some peakin.

Secondly; I wanted to talk about Traffic Splash. Paul and Tim slaved away for days and days to put out a great new deal for their customers. They have a new rotator – I know, I know, it doesn’t sound that fantastic – but it really is – this rotator has a place for your picture and your own unique text – use it to advertise Splash or use it as a way to advertise your program a little bit more – regardless of what you type in there it’s a great way to brand yourself! So; get your fins on people and Splash your way over to check it out!

And now, it’s that time again………….. Pain in the butt pop ups and other things that may get your site kicked out of an exchange.

What shall we talk about today? There are so many offenses. Lol – Let us talk about Google ads – Now, to start; there are a lot of exchanges out there that will let you run your pages with Adsense on them and that’s fine – it’s their exchange and by all means they should run it the way they like – but the 4 I admin for will take a page out if they see any hint of a Google ad on them. Basically the long and short is that Google has come straight out and said in their terms of service that they will terminate your account if they find any ads in rotation in a traffic exchange. (Well they said that they will terminate your account if you place a Google ad in a place with incentive clicking – when you surf for credits you are clicking for an incentive).

Google can give you the technical reasons for this but they say you shouldn’t do it – so; basically you shouldn’t do it – right?! You have to think it through – is it worth losing a money make avenue forever just to put the page in rotation? I don’t think so – and I have an alternative for you – make, or have someone else make, you are fantastic splash page that leads them to your target page – that way you get the traffic you want without chancing your Adsense account. That’s it for today – I hope you are having a great and successful time in the Internet business – the days just go way to fast to mess around with anything other than the fantastic!
